Creamy Mocha Fudge(Makes About 2 Pounds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. Hershey's milk chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    4 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. warm water or 1 Tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with milk, sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee dissolved in water and vanilla.
    Remove from heat; stir in nuts.
    Spread evenly into aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
    Chill 3 hours or until firm.
    Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
    Store, covered in, refrigerator.
