Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar (3 to 4 c.)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla in 1 1/2-quart casserole (it will be lumpy). Put margarine on top. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Take out and stir until smooth.
    Put in buttered pan and refrigerate.
