Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
12 oz. canned milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. margarine
8-inch or 9-inch baked pie crust
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt in medium saucepan.
Stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Mix a small amount of lukewarm milk and sugar mixture with beaten egg.
Set egg mixture aside.
Continue to cook milk mixture until it starts to boil and thicken.
Stir in egg mixture.
Turn heat to low and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove and stir in margarine and vanilla. Pour in cooled pie crust.
When cool, top with Cool Whip.
