Corn Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    1 10 oz. package frozen corn
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    8 oz. monterey jack cheese
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut monterey jack cheese into cubes.
    Combine eggs and sour creme in a large bowl.
    Add corn, bread crumbs, green chillies, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Stir in monterey jack cheese cubes. Spoon into a greased 10 inch quiche pan or a square baking pan Bake at 350 or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
    Bake 5 or 10 minutes longer.
    Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
