Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    8 oz. sour cream
    Wondra flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook sliced mushrooms in butter in a covered pan for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle in Wondra flour and stir until mixture thickens.
    Lower heat; add sour cream and blend well.
    Serve with turkey, pork or roast beef.
