Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tart apples, sliced
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Slice apples.
    Mix with cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar and set aside.
    Mix 2 cups sugar, Wesson oil, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt and vanilla in a large bowl.
    (Batter will be stiff.) Beat well with spoon.
    Put in Bundt pan a layer of batter, layer of apples and layer of batter.
    Pour juices that are left from apple mixture on top and sides.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
