Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; melt butter and let it cool down. Add to lemon juice and eggs.
Stir into dry ingredients until well moistened.
Pour into muffin cups or lightly greased loaf pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes for muffins or 45 minutes for bread at 400\u00b0.
