Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. white syrup
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar,
    cocoa
    and
    salt,
    gradually add cream and syrup. Cook
    in
    heavy
    pan
    (I use club aluminum) until soft ball
    is reached.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla, margarine and nuts. Beat
    until it loses its gloss.
    Pour into buttered dish.
    Cut into squares when it begins to harden.
