Cheese Soup - South Dakota Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes, bouillon cube and salt and pepper. Mix well, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
    Gradually add milk to flour, mixing well, and add this to the vegetables.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add Velveeta cheese, stir until melted.
