Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick), softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Use nonstick cookie sheet or wax paper. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat sugars and butter until creamy, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Beat in vanilla, then eggs one at a time; beat well. At low speed, gradually add flour mixture and beat just until blended, occasionally scraping bowl. With spoon, stir in oats and raisins. Drop dough about 2-inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake cookies 11 to 13 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
