Tofu And Pork Hash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block tofu, mashed
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carrot, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into oiled casserole and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
