Country Ribs With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork loin (5 lb.)
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 (No. 2 size) cans sauerkraut, drained
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrate apple juice, thawed
    1 c. water
Preparation
    To make roast easier to carve, have butcher cut between rib bones and lengthwise down center of ribs, cutting the loin into halves.
    These rib bones will have plenty of meat on them. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
