Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. persimmon pulp (no seed)
2 tsp. soda
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients as mixing a cake.
When it is mixed well, add the raisins and nuts.
Bake in coffee cans, greased and lightly floured.
Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
