Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs, beaten until light
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix the bananas and eggs in a bowl.
Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl; add to first mixture.
Can add 1/2 cup chopped nuts; stir well.
Put in buttered bread pan (9 x 5-inch). Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
