Hummus Bi Tahini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chickpeas, drained
2 to 3 lemons (juiced) or lime (juiced)
2 to 3 cloves garlic
salt to taste
1/2 c. tahini (sesame paste; unprepared)
1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor to a creamy paste. Add water or more lemon juice if dip feels too thick.
Pour into serving dishes.
Garnish with whole chickpeas and fresh parsley.
