Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Oil cookie sheet with liquid vegetable oil.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Stir in other ingredients. Spoon by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Turn off oven.
Place cookies into oven and leave at least 2 hours or overnight.
Yield: 4 dozen cookies.
