Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups diced carrots
    2 cups diced onion
    3 to 4 potatoes
    4 cups chicken broth
    2 cups broccoli
    dash of parsley
    2 to 3 cups cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Simmer carrots and onions until tender.
    Add potatoes and chicken broth and simmer 30 minutes. Add broccoli and parsley. Take out about half of potatoes and carrots and blend together with mixer to thicken.
    Add cheddar cheese until melted.
