Herbed Baked Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thin slices ham
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 tsp. chopped chives
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
sprigs of herbs (to garnish)
hot buttered toast (to serve)
3 large eggs
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Line 4 greased ramekin dishes (small souffle) with ham.
In a bowl, beat together eggs, yogurt and mustard.
Mix together chives and parsley.
Stir 1/2 of herb mixture and 1/4 cup cheese into egg mixture.
Spoon into dishes and top with remaining cheese and herbs.
Bake until golden brown and set, about 25 to 30 minutes.
