Zucchini Sausage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
5 Tbsp. unsifted flour
6 c. sliced zucchini (about 6 medium)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan and Romano cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large skillet, brown sausage, breaking into small pieces.
Drain.
Toss with 1 tablespoon flour; spread on bottom of 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
In same skillet, cook zucchini and onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Remove from heat; toss with remaining flour.
Spoon half the zucchini mixture over meat.
