Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. orange Jell-O with NutraSweet
1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low or Equal
1/2 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, then add cold water.
Chill until it starts to set up.
Add Equal to yogurt and fold into Jell-O.
Whip by hand until smooth.
Add oranges and chill. Contains 45 calories.
