Marinated Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Catalina dressing
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can (small) crushed pineapple or cranberries
Preparation
    Mix marinade and place pork loin in refrigerator 24 to 48 hours.
    Place pork loin and marinade in casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Save baked marinade for topping.
