Gourmet Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chili sauce or catsup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until yellow and transparent on low heat. Pour milk over bread crumbs and allow to stand until milk has been absorbed.
    Beat with a fork to a smooth mass.
    Add beef, onion, salt and mix only until blended.
    Form into small balls and brown in 10-inch skillet.
    No fat needed.
    Combine sour cream and chili sauce and pour over the meat balls.
    Reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes, turning meat balls once or twice as they cook.
