Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    2 unbaked pie shells
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Pour melted margarine over sugar in a bowl.
    Beat eggs well and pour over sugar and margarine.
    Add buttermilk, coconut and vanilla.
    Mix well with a spoon.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
