Mississippi Dutch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 whole chicken, cut up
1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation

Mix all the seasonings.
Add the eggs and milk.
Mix lightly. Add chicken.
Let stand for 1/2 hour.
Shake flour on chicken. Fry in olive oil.
Drain.
Serve hot.
