Crispy Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, well beaten
1 stick sweet butter
3 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix in order, place foil on cookie sheet.
Do not grease either one.
Put batter on foil by 1/2 teaspoonfuls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 11 minutes.
Let cool, then peel off.
These cookies spread out 12 on a sheet.
They are very thin and crisp.
Do not spread dough out, they do that without help.
