Ingredients

1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. (packed) chopped dates
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter (not homogenized)
1/4 c. water
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oats
1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine banana, egg whites, water, peanut butter, vanilla, raisins and dates in mixing bowl.
Beat until well blended.
Add oats, flour and baking soda.
Mix well.
