Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts or 4 tins white chicken
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
6 to 8 flour tortillas, quartered
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Boil chicken in water 45 minutes, then shred meat.
Combine chicken, cheese, onion, green chilies and cream of chicken soup (add 1/2 can milk, using soup can).
