Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream style corn
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 pot hot pepper
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Recipe may be halved.
