Venison Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison round steak (1 1/2 inches thick maximum)
    1 can condensed beef consomme
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Slice meat diagonally across grain 1/4 inch deep.
    Mix rest of ingredients for marinade.
    Pour over meat.
    Refrigerate overnight.
