Sunshine Cake(A Great Holiday Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    5 eggs
    1 can flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each.
    Combine cracker crumbs and baking soda and add to first mixture.
    When well mixed, add coconut, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour batter into two 9-inch well-greased cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Cool and frost with Pineapple Icing.
