Low Calorie Low Fat Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    1 lg. green pepper, chopped
    2 4 oz. can mushrooms, chopped
    1 lb. bag frozen broccoli cuts
    4 oz. shredded cheese
    1 lg. container egg beaters
    spices: 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook- brown and drain turkey sausage and place in a 13x9-inch pan, sprayed with cooking spray.
    In same fry pan, brown onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
    Adding broccoli after 5 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy.
    Add vegetables to sausage and mix, add cheese and mix again, after add spices.
    Pour over all a large container of egg substitute and mix gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean, if not browned you may want to put under the broiler for a few minutes, but watch carefully.
    Cut in.
    Serves 6-8.
