Rich Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. diced hot cooked potatoes
    1 small, minced onion
    1 c. ripe olives, chopped
    2 diced, hard cooked eggs
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients together.
    Pour over potatoes and toss.
    Set aside to cool.
    Add olives and rest of ingredients. Toss; chill.
    Makes 6 large servings.
