Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. yellow squash, partially cooked
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation

Melt butter and coat dish.
Put layer of stuffing mix on bottom.
Mix sour cream, soup and onion with squash.
Pour into dish.
Put light layer of stuffing mix on top.
Pour rest of butter on top.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
