Grilled Ginger-Lime Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat
    1/2 c. low salt soy sauce
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    juice of 1 lime
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 green onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. grated, fresh ginger
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Place tenderloin in leakproof plastic bag or nonmetallic baking dish.
    Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat and marinate at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
    Remove meat from marinade; pat dry.
    Reserve marinade.
    Grill over low fire for 40 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
    Cook until meat thermometer reads between 145\u00b0 and 160\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
