Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, sliced
salt to taste
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In saucepan, cover carrots with water; add salt and cook until tender. Drain. Combine with margarine in blender or processor. Process until smooth. Add sugar, baking powder, flour, eggs and vanilla in bowl. Mix. Add carrot mixture. Mix well. Spoon into greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until nicely browned.
