Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pastry shell, unbaked
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked crab, lobster or shrimp
3 eggs
1 c. cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
pepper
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Add fish and cook 2 minutes more. Beat eggs, cream and seasoning.
Add cheese, fish and onion.
Mix well.
Pour into pastry shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
