Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 medium onions, quartered
2 stalks celery, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
2 or 3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 can beef broth
1 can tomatoes
Preparation

In 3-quart or larger baking dish, layer first 5 ingredients. In small bowl, combining remaining ingredients.
Mash tomatoes with fork; pour over first ingredients.
Do not stir.
Put in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN for 2 hours.
Full time: 3 to 4 hours.
