Diet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. grated cabbage
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 medium green pepper, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Divide into 2 loaves.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 servings.
