Avocado Dip Or Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
    5 to 10 sprigs fresh coriander, finely chopped
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 to 3 green chilies, extra finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    1 large avocado, ripe
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except avocado together; not more than 1/2 an hour before serving.
    Cut avocado; scrape skin well and mash. Mix into tomato mixture.
    Squeeze lemon over top of mixture to prevent discoloration and wrap tightly.
    To serve, pour off extra lemon and edge with tostados.
