Jalapeno Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can jalapenos
4 eggs

Preparation

Grease 8-inch pan with Wesson oil.
Line with sliced jalapenos.
Grate cheese and add to beaten eggs.
Pour over jalapenos.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Let set for 10 minutes. Cut into small squares.
