Swiss Veggie Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento, drained
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except onions; place in covered casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Top with onions; bake 5 minutes longer.
