Rockin' Roller Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas, peeled
    1 c. cashews
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. regular oats
    1 c. peanuts
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Slice bananas into blender and puree.
    In a bowl, combine bananas, cashews, coconut, oats, peanuts and sunflower seeds. Spread mixture evenly in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle oil evenly over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven; stir mixture to separate, then bake 10 minutes longer.
    Stir again. Bake 10 minutes longer.
    Cool.
    Stir in raisins.
