Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 orange, cut into quarters and seeded (unpeeled)
1 c. chopped unpeeled apple
1 (8 oz.) can juice packed crushed pineapple
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. fresh cranberries
Preparation

Process unpeeled orange in food processor until coarsely ground.
Combine with apples, drained pineapple and sugar in medium bowl; mix well.
Process cranberries in food processor until coarsely ground.
Add to orange mixture; mix well.
Chill, covered, for 8 hours.
Yield:
3 cups.
