Layered Beef And Cheese Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch strips
9 oz. pkg. frozen, cut green beans, thawed and drained
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 1/2 oz. French fried onions
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meat in oil;
drain.
Combine
green beans, 1 1/2 cups cheese, rice,
onion and celery; mix lightly.
Place meat in 11 3/4 x
7
1/2-inch\tbaking\tdish.
Season
with salt and pepper. Top with rice mixture.
