Breakfast Egg Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sweet sausage, cooked and crumbled
12 slices buttered bread, crust removed
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
6 eggs
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch glass pan with buttered bread, buttered side down.
Sprinkle cooked sausage on top.
Mix eggs and milk together well; pour on next.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Set overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered.
