Honey Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. carrots
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots 1/4-inch thick or less.
    Combine all ingredients in a stove top pan.
    Cook on medium heat until tender. Boil off the remaining liquid and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
