Vegetable Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 container (15 oz.) low-fat Ricotta
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    4 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
    1 loaf (1 lb.) bread dough
Preparation
    In small skillet melt butter over medium heat.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook and stir about 3 minutes.
    Squeeze liquid from spinach, then chop.
    In medium bowl combine onion mixture, spinach and cheese.
    Cut dough crosswise into 6 equal pieces.
    On lightly floured surface roll and fill.
    Place calzones on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
