Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix all ingredients and knead for 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl and cover.
    Place in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 2 hours before ready to bake.
    Roll out into the shape desired and set aside for 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
    Brush with margarine.
