1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger
3 large green peppers
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
green onions (optional)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
