Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (12 medium)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain well.
    Mash potatoes in large bowl of electric mixer.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Beat at high speed until smooth and creamy-light.
    Stir in chopped chives.
